Pamela Metani has extensive experience with business law matters. She has worked with acclaimed international corporations, innovative start-ups, leading Canadian charities, and governmental entities. Tenacious in her approach to drafting business agreements, Pamela also has experience in litigating various corporate and commercial matters. As a result of her diverse experiences in business law, Pamela is able to both draft and defend agreements in various business law practice areas.
In addition to helping clients draft and negotiate strong agreements, Pamela has also appeared at the Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial List, Small Claims Court, and various tribunals across Ontario. During her articles, she also appeared at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Pamela was fortunate to study law at two Canadian institutions; Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Western Ontario. Prior to specializing in business law during law school, Pamela completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College in Boston – the world’s finest all-women’s undergraduate institution. While at Wellesley, Pamela majored in philosophy and French.
In addition to her command of the English language, Pamela is also fluent in French and Albanian.
