Pamela Metani has extensive experience with business law matters. She has worked with acclaimed national and international corporations, innovative start-ups, leading Canadian charities, and governmental entities, to name a few structures. As a savvy and pragmatic business owner herself, Pamela is tenacious and relentless when it comes to protecting you and your business interests. Being sharp and highly knowledgeable, Pamela is also able to creatively serve you in gaining a competitive edge over your competitors, and in creatively protecting your interests. Clients often praise Pamela for presenting them with solutions they hadn’t thought of themselves!
In addition to helping clients draft and negotiate strong agreements, Pamela has also appeared at the Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial List, Small Claims Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and various tribunals.
Pamela was fortunate to study law at two Canadian institutions; Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Western Ontario. Prior to specializing in business law during law school, Pamela completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College in Boston – the world’s best all-women’s undergraduate institution. While at Wellesley, Pamela majored in philosophy and French.
In addition to her command of the English language, Pamela is also fluent in French and Albanian.
